We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the park across the way was perfect - quiet and serene, yet within walking distance to the downtown area. The views from the turret were amazing, giving us a lovely perspective of the surroundings. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious, truly fit for champions. The staff were not only friendly and accommodating but also eager to share their knowledge and history of the area, which added an extra charm to our stay.
Nothing all good.

The nearby restaurant, Panera Bread, was as close as 800 feet from the bnb. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Nothing beats being in Sarah Kendall House...

Spent Easter vacation in a cozy B&B with a lovely garden and stunning views. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, pastries and a variety of cooked options. the location was just a short walk to the main attractions and bustling area. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed with great linen.
The heating system in the room was not working very well, and made it quite chilly at night. there was a lot of ambient noise from outside traffic and other guests in the B&B, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The first thing that impressed me about this hotel was its attention to detail. From the beautifully maintained Victorian house to the exquisitely decorated rooms, everything exuded charm and warmth. It was clear that a lot of love and history went into the upkeep of this place. The antique-filled rooms were a delight, and the newly remodeled bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The hotel provided all the basic amenities one would expect, and the large bathrooms were a bonus. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. Situated close to the water and within walking distance of everything, it offered a peaceful and quiet retreat. The views of the harbor and the Newport bridge were breathtaking.
All aspects of the hotel were more than satisfactory.
